About Om Office Yoga

Om Office Yoga believes that yoga should be available to everyone and that yoga is for every body type. We want to share our love of yoga and the multiple benefits of yoga to our community. We believe we can do this by coming to your workplace to make it easier and accessible to people that need a break in their busy and often times, stressful workplace. Our yoga class styles include Hatha, Power, Gentle, Yin, and Kundalini. All classes are meditative to give you a sense of peace and relaxation to continue in your busy day.
